Class Descriptions

Lower Body Strength Training

Build your base, your booty and your back in this 60-minute class. Your quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes will thank you later. Choose to keep your workout strictly strength-based or throw in cardio training with some circuit work. Both options will undoubtedly be a great workout!

Upper Body Strength Training

An all-around workout from the belly up! Your chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders and abs will get WORKED in this hour-long training session. You can choose a strength emphasis or get your heart pumpin’ with circuit training.

Full Body Strength Training

Our head-to-toe strength training class will make your day! Train all major muscle groups in a single hour. If it’s a muscle, count it IN for this class! Crank out the work in a circuit fashion or move more weight with more rest to gain strength: you decide!

Ladies ONLY Strength

For ladies only. Just like our full body strength training, plan to have all your muscles worked in this class! All STRENGTH, NO cardio!
