Coach Gabi believes that discipline and attention to detail create the foundation for success, but the true breakthrough comes when athletes learn to love the sport. A 7-time NCAA All-American, NCAA runner-up in the shot put in 2024, U.S. Olympic Trials finalist, and USATF Outdoor Championships finalist, she has competed at the highest levels of track and field. 

Her coaching style focuses on precision in technique and consistency through disciplined training, while also guiding athletes in developing the mental skills needed to succeed. Coach Gabi emphasizes confidence, joy, and overcoming self-doubt, helping athletes compete with freedom and learn to embrace every moment of the sport in their pursuit to achieve their full potential.
