About Coach Max Christenberry

Coach Max believes that anyone can attain their physical goals through hard work and efficient movement. As a former Division I track and field thrower, he knows what it takes from a technical and physical perspective to succeed in the sport. His training focuses around building kinesthetic awareness and intentional movement, along with core stability and force application from the ground up.

Coach Max’s goal is simple: To teach athletes how to understand their own movement and to help amplify individuals’ gifts while also helping to improve on weaker areas. With hard work and thoughtful practice, anyone can achieve athletic prowess.
