Events We Coach

Hustle Track Club trains specialists across every major track and field event. Whether you’re focused on high jump or long jump, dialing in triple jump, or competing in shot put, discus throw, hammer throw, weight throw, or javelin throw, our coaches know how to get you to the next level. We also coach hurdles and starting blocks mechanics, so your race-day execution matches your talent.

Frequently Asked Questions

The program is designed for high school athletes (including incoming 9th graders & graduating seniors) who are serious about improving in track & field, sprints, hurdles, throws, jumps, relays, and want college-level coaching & support, no matter where they live.

Each member receives:

  • Event-specific drills & technique work customized to their strengths & areas for growth.
  • Strength, mobility, and resilience training tailored to their event and available equipment.
  • Sprint mechanics focus: posture, ground contact, acceleration, etc.
  • Weekly personalized workout plans.
  • Video feedback from coaches.
  • Ongoing coach communication and accountability.
You’ll need basic training gear appropriate to your event (e.g. for sprints: track shoes, speed spikes; for throws: implements if available; for jumps: landing mats, etc.). If you don’t have everything, the program will adapt drills and workouts so you can still make progress with what you do have.
Each week you’ll submit video of drills / events, which your coach will review and return feedback. Progress is tracked via improvements in your performances, technique, strength or mobility metrics, etc. There may also be periodic check-ins or benchmarks to help you stay on track.
Weekly video feedback and check-ins. Between those, you’ll have direct communication (via email / app / whatever platform) to ask questions or get clarification on workouts, technique, or your performance.

Eligibility

Club member requirements

Age:

Athletes must be:

  • Currently in high school
  • 8th grader entering high school
  • Or a graduating senior preparing
    to compete in college

Eligibility:

Athletes must be (or become) a registered USATF member.

Membership can be completed after acceptance into the club.

Mindset:

Athlete must be driven to become better every day and to learn and apply new ideas and techniques. The majority of our athletes hope to continue track and field at the college level.
